“OLDEST A/C UNIT” CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Americool Heating & Cooling LLC (“Sponsor”), 707 W Avalon St, Kuna, ID 83634. Phone: (208) 922-3816.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older, who own and occupy a single-family residential home located within Sponsor’s service area as listed on Sponsor’s website (https://www.americoolid.com/service-area).

• Residential only. Apartments, condos, multi-family buildings, commercial properties, rentals, landlords, or tenants are not eligible.

• Unit type. The entry must be for a permanently installed residential home air-conditioning system. Window units, portable units, evaporative/swamp coolers, and non-residential systems are not eligible.

• One entry per home/unit. Multiple entries for the same address or system will be disqualified.

• Employees of Americool Heating & Cooling LLC, advertising partners, radio station partners (KIZN, KTIK, KKGL, KBOI, KQFC), and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on May 31, 2026. The winner will be announced on or about June 1, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Participants must submit an entry through the official contest website during the Contest Period. Each entry must include:

• At least one photo of the existing outdoor residential A/C unit

• Photo of the manufacturer data plate or serial number (if available)

• Estimated age or installation year of the unit

• Homeowner’s name, phone number, email address, and physical address

• Confirmation that the entrant owns and occupies the home and that the unit is a qualifying residential system

Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

5. Determination of Winner

The winner will be determined based on verification of the oldest eligible A/C unit. Unit age determination may include manufacturer serial number decoding, installation records, and/or an in-person inspection by Americool Heating & Cooling LLC.

In the event of a tie, the earliest documented installation or manufacture date will determine the winner. If a tie persists, a random drawing will be conducted among tied entrants.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complete residential A/C unit replacement with standard installation provided by Americool Heating & Cooling LLC.

Prize details:

• New residential A/C system properly sized for the home

• Standard installation included

• Removal and disposal of the existing unit included

• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable

• Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes

Additional upgrades, electrical work, duct modifications, structural changes, or non-standard installation requirements are not included unless expressly stated in writing by the Sponsor.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by phone and/or email. The winner must respond within five (5) business days and complete required eligibility and tax documentation. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Americool Heating & Cooling LLC permission to use their name, city, submitted photos, and before-and-after installation images for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and modify or cancel the contest if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

10. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Americool Heating & Cooling LLC, its partners, employees, media partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.

12. Rules and Winner Request

A copy of these Official Rules or the winner’s name may be requested by mail at Americool Heating & Cooling LLC, 707 W Avalon St, Kuna, ID 83634, within 60 days of the winner announcement.
